Design and development of pipelines: ● Designed and developed pipelines for the analysis of NGS data from germline and somatic samples obtained from WES, WGS, panelseq or amplicon-seq approaches. ● Designed algorithms for complex region analysis and performed validation experiments. ● Developed pipelines mainly using Python, R and Perl and utilized a wide range of tools for NGS data analysis. ● Querying, mining, and interpreting clinical data from public resources (PharmVar, TCGA, Clinvar, NCBI, UCSC…).● Defined workflows using Snakemake and Nextflow in infrastructures with PBS, Slurm and Kubernetes queuing systems.
