Overview: Cultivated relationships with prospects/existing clients and turned around the College Unit’s 2 previous years of flat growth. Key initiatives included:- Holding in-person meetings and utilizing social media to build business.- Attracting, hiring, mentoring, and guiding new financial reps in the dynamics of sales and client relationship management, including analysis of clients’ financial situations and developing financial plans with recommendations. - Instilling accountability among reps to higher levels of production than the company’s standards.Result - Office upturned from the worst performing to top-performing in the state. Highlights:Revenue Growth - 300% more revenue growth was generated than the next highest performing office .Team Building - Recruited, interviewed, and hand-picked 20 College Financial Representatives (CFRs) in 2017-18 in comparison to only 3 and 2 CFRs in 2015-16 respectively.Team & Individual Performance - Team accounted for 57+% of production (new clients, investment, and insurance) across 8 offices and 103 CFRs in the state; personally accounted for 53% of growth. Number of contracts grew from 3 to 20 over 1 year.Team Expansion - Number of fulltime advisors increased by 400%; 20 CFRs were recruited, interviewed, and hired in 2017-18 vs. only 3 and 2 CFRs in 2015-16 respectively.Training & Mentoring – Taught leadership classes for other college unit directors and investment classes for fulltime advisors (8 to 35 attendees). One out of 5 speakers to create content and conduct financial/business training for new interns (100 – 150 attendees). Indirectly contributed 25% of sales as a mentor to new advisors. Awards - Bronze Production Award for personal practice production ranked in top 20% of all advisors under 5 years with the firm (3,000+ under 5 advisors). Office won National Growth Award in 2016-17-18 based on sales production of all advisors under 5 years with the firm.

Overview – In charge of planning, coordinating, and directing daily branch operations. Key components of the role included:- Overseeing sales production of investments and loan and retail banking products.- Ensuring compliance with federal regulations.- Sourcing and recruiting talent and providing training and coaching to branch partners and managers.- Managing 11 direct and 9 direct reports and conducting sales training (as one of 2 people from the state of Indiana) for Washington Mutual bankers after JP Morgan purchased the firm.Result – Captured significant sales growth and accelerated career advancement of several employees.
