Working closely with MD, Finance and Engineering Directors to manage an aggressive growth plan focused on design, development AND manufacture of mechatronic products for the low volume, niche vehicle automotive sector. Actively promoting our world class expertise in mechatronics including active aerodynamics (grilles, underbody diffusers, rear spoilers etc), closures (doors, bonnets, boots, fuel filler flaps) glass technology and choreography (including window regulators and electrochromatic glass).In a small but growing company many of us have multiple roles; consequently I am also responsible for HR.
