CurrentDirects digital strategy, outreach and organizing efforts of SEIU California for all issues related to membership and public facing legislative and electoral campaignsDevelops cross departmental campaign and coalition integrated digital strategies, plans and roadmaps for paid and organic content, social media channels, web sites, CRMs and mobile technologiesResponsible for all creative development and management for digital communications, including campaign materials, blogs, social media posts, graphics and videosManages digital ad budget, including direct buys for member targeted, demographic/geographic social, programatic and pre-roll unitsWorks closely with local unions to develop and implement digital strategies for local electoral, organizing and political fundraising effortsOrganizes and provides ongoing training and support for local unions and member leaders
