Project Development Officer
Current1. Manage and maintain databases of data sets and information relevant to the projects using Microsoft Platforms (Sharepoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)2. Designs and develops BI dashboards of Land Acquisition, Informal Settler Families, Utilities Relocation and Environmental for Monthly Status Reporting directly to the Undersecretary for Railways3. Develop and implement monitoring tools and systems for monitoring and evaluation of all DOTr Railway projects such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Power Platform, ArcGIS operational dashboard and smart maps, mobile field applications, dashboards, and reports.4. Collaborates with the Project Management Offices and Data Managers per Rail Project to understand their data needs and deliver solutions. Acts as a bridge between a Rail project's technical and non-technical sides, to assist help drive data-based decision-making.5. Consolidate data using Power Apps for the data collection and ensuring the data are accurate and ready for analysis.6. Analyze and visualize spatial data using Geographic Information System (GIS) by creating maps, plans, and applications for the four (4) main projects of DOTr.7. Coordinate with other government departments and agencies, private companies and other independent and partner institutions involved to ensure that the projects are moving smoothly.8. Attendance and/or participation in Railway coordination meetings, site inspections, and ocular visits.9. Provide concept solutions that require urgent troubleshooting.10. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
