During my assignment, I was part of the Engie IT workplace expertise team. This team exists out of 15 workplace experts and is accountable for IT services relaled to workstations on a international scale for more then 50.000 devices. More specifically this means taking care of the complete lifecycle of there workplace offering to different companies of the Engie group. Security Analyst- Single point of contact (SPOC) for everything related to workstation security. - Evaluate workstation security threats, provide risk & impact analysis and give feedback to the security teams. - Implement new security technologies.- Design and maintain the patch management processes- Continous improvement on patch management processSupport - Problem Management: - Backup of the single point of contact for problem management- Subject Matter Expert for all workstation related problemsSupport - Incident Management- Backup of the single point of contact for incident Management.- 3rd line support- Major Incident Management People Management- Coach 1st and 2nd line teams - Communicate guidelines and best practices to other teamsScript and automate recurring processes (Advanced powershell scripting)Create studies and proposals to implement new techniques and technologies.

During the Windows XP migration project (+12.000 devices), involved in the (re-)packaging and scripting of the >900 business applications, using Wise Package Studio and MSI technology. The MSI packages are extremely universal, and allow a very personalized, Electrabel specific install (and uninstall) of all applications.
