Conduct quality assurance on case files which include but are not limited to: reviewing progress notes for timely submission and quality.

Participate in The Bronx Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team Meetings (EMDT) to discuss Elder Abuse cases and plan accordingly to maintain the safety of the client. Complete and review Article 81 for guardianship and Order to gain (OGA) access applications for at risk clients who are refusing services. Testify in court hearings for A81 cases.
