Provide value added consulting to facilitate complex real estate transactions where there exists environmental challenges. Prior experience includes working as the Business Development Manager at Triumvirate Environmental, a full-service environmental firm specializing in consulting, waste disposal, engineering and remediation. In that role, I was responsible for developing New England business for each of the company’s four niches – higher education, healthcare, life sciences, and industrial. In doing so, I assisted Triumvirate’s field service and technical service teams on large scale remedial design and implementation plans. My background in remedial construction and emergency response services helped me to assist clients with pre-planning and compliance services. I have been active in the environmental services industry for over thirty years.Prior to my time at Triumvirate, I served as Vice President of business development at Enviro-Safe Corporation in Massachusetts, serving a similar function to my role at Triumvirate, with the addition of budgeting, hiring, and other corporate responsibilities. I joined Triumvirate’s team in 2008 through the company’s acquisition of Enviro-Safe. Preceding my role at Enviro-Safe, I was the founder and President of North Country Environmental Services for nearly a decade, during which time I built an extensive clientele base throughout New England and through to eastern New York. I also performed field supervision of the more complex tank management and site remediation projects. I am a member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Development Committee.
