Develop, implement, and monitor, in collaboration with divisions and compliance, Quality Assurance Plans that track and monitor internal and external quality measures, and includes procedures for quality assurance and improvement; Develop, as necessary, and follow standards for managing and conducting internal reviews and investigations; Develop and implement metrics and performance targets that assess compliance and quality. Analyze data of audit findings and formulate recommendations for quality improvement. Present data and recommendations in a readily accessible manner; Monitor external investigations and conduct investigations as needed; Partner with Data Analytics to manage the completion of annual satisfaction surveys in all programs; Assist division leaders with the development, monitoring, and tracking of outcome measures, goals, and objectives; Educate and train staff on required performance and regulation standards. Partner with the training department to conduct division specific and agency wide trainings; Maintain documentation/reporting related to performance oversight, including but not limited to schedules of audit and monitoring activities, and follow-up with corrective actions; Ensure that individuals we support are treated with dignity and respect in accordance with Advocates’ Human Rights policy.
