• Partner with existing and new clients for hiring needs and obtaining accurate job descriptions, struggles, and future projections
• Facilitate full cycle recruiting focusing on clerical and LI
• Screen (in person and by phone) up to 100 applicants weekly while following strict hiring guidelines
• Provide onsite supervision, employee relations, and guidance to support staff for 150 employees. This includes HR and payroll support
• Ensure accuracy of employee headcount, bill rates, mark-ups, and existing job orders
• Utilized multiple sourcing outlets including Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Craigslist, referrals, and internal ATS databases

• Facilitate a full-cycle recruiting process, primarily for call center, administrative, and LI
• Phone screened between 50-100 applicants on a weekly basis and consistently met hiring metrics of 5 hires a week
• Successfully facilitated mass recruiting processes of up to 110 employees within a month timeframe, while closely monitoring drug screen and background processes for compliance and provided onsite support
• Utilized multiple sourcing outlets including Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Craigslist, referrals, and internal ATS databases
• Facilitate training and development for associates on assignments, including coaching and counseling as needed

• Ensured the store meets and/ or exceeds sales through Client strategy, outreach, and associate accountability
• Ensured payroll budget is met through Forecasting, scheduling, and floor watching
• Maintain active floor presence to ensure proper floor coverage
