The inception of the PCFIX concept goes back to, a well thought and wise vision of Mr. Nasir Sayed Qasim, an Emirati Local, during his graduation period as an IT Specialist. The pure purpose of creation of the organization was to set a benchmark when it comes to Laptops and Desktop repairs in the United Arab Emirates. Irregular prices coupled with non-standardized repair techniques, prompted PCFIX to hire the best of technicians from Philippines and India. PCFIX values its customers as well as its employees at a personal level. We have customers who travel very long distances just to have their devices fixed only by a PCFIX technician. Recently PCFIX introduced the 48 hours CFD (Collection, Fix and Delivery) motto where anyone in the UAE can have his laptop Collected, Fixed and Delivered within 48 hours of job order placement, or else his or her service charge is rendered free. This decision was made when a lot of service providers take it on their silly sides to keep valuable customer credentials at their desk and let the repair be done at the mercy of the technician. What PCFIX was looking for was to establish a Mc Donald's style service standard when it comes to Laptop repairs if not burgers.
