Metrology and defect inspection equipment supplier management, tool should-cost modeling, cost of ownership modeling, supplier selections, pricing and contract negotiation, supplier performance/quality improvement, industry benchmarking, new supplier integration.

I work closely with multiple photoresist vendors to develop and improve the materials used in advanced lithographic patterning at Intel. I have helped develop novel patterning methodologies and worked internally with multiple modules within Intel to create pathways and processes for these advanced materials. Additionally, I am responsible for sustaining several production tracks and ensuring they remain healthily up to production

-Employed advanced spectroscopic techniques to characterize materials used in organic semiconductors, such as LEDs, field effect transistors, and photovoltaics. Understanding the relationship between molecular structure and device performance has led to improved and more commercially viable organic optoelectronics, with the potential to reduce costs by up to 80%.-Elucidated fundamental physical processes occurring in organic materials by using MATLAB to fit arrays of data to nonlinear models, as well as employing other statistical analyses. Developed new fitting algorithms to more accurately determine these physical processes.-Collaborated with 5 different teams from both within the University of Minnesota and other institutions, which will ultimately lead to at least 8 peer reviewed publications.-Mentored 6 undergraduate students, exposing them to spectroscopic laboratory techniques, designing projects as well as providing career and graduate school advice. 3 of these undergraduates have entered into PhD programs, including 1 at an institution ranked #1 for chemistry in the United States.

-Manage and coordinate a diverse group of 50-60 employees, many of whom possess international backgrounds, and am collectively responsible for over 2700 students per semester.-Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, developing course syllabi, leading weekly meetings, and ensuring teaching assistants fulfill all duties.-Designed new grading rubrics to facilitate ease of grading while simultaneously improving consistency and fairness in student assessments. These rubrics succeeded in reducing the overall variation of average lab report grades between TA sections by 48% over previous semesters and decreased the average time to grade a report by ~30%.

-Served as a laboratory teaching assistant from 2011-2013, during which time I instructed and assessed over 250 students, hosted review sessions (over 200 students regularly attending), and worked with professors in designing exam questions.

Investigated the phase behavior of mixed phospholipid systems which served as model cell membranes. These results ultimately will lead to a better understanding of a variety of genetic disorders such as GM1 gangliosidosis and Tay-Sachs disease by elucidating how key proteins interact with the cell membrane.
