My goal is to empower all individuals I work with so they can thrive in their many roles. As a Gallup Certified Strengths coach and trainer, I use the Strengths Finder assessment as a tool for accelerating conversations and outcomes. 1. Individual coaching to improve managerial skills, communication strategies, presentation skills. We also work on how to build a productive team and provide effective feedback to colleagues. Coaching sessions are available in person, on the phone, and in walking sessions outdoors. 2. Team trainings to meet an organization's unique mission, goals and needs. My dynamic, interactive approach encourages teams to reflect on their successes, discover their collective strengths, and build strategies for higher performance. Discussions and activities build skills, deepen relationships and trust, and enhance collaboration within the team. No two trainings are alike because no two teams are alike. Some teams chose to conduct their trainings virtually, at their offices, and others do an offsite retreat.3.
