Panya (pronounced “pon-ya”) Chheng is a serial tech entrepreneur who has founded two tech companies: Starra and Medyear. Starra guides you in love and life with the ancient wisdom of astrology. Medyear is a pioneer in the area of personal health records, and was instrumental in the passage and implementation of the 21st Century Cures Act.Before becoming an entrepreneur, Panya was a strategy consultant at Deloitte serving organizations such as HP, Intel, J&J, and the US Dept. of Homeland Security. His work in antiterrorism ultimately landed him the Secretary’s Award for helping to secure the nation’s maritime industry. Panya also worked on Barack Obama’s 2008 Presidential campaign.Panya holds a graduate degree from UC Berkeley and has guest lectured at Harvard, Berkeley, and the Drucker School of Management.
