As a Technology Consultant, I am currently a Business Analyst and a Scrum Master. I work with external teams to gather requirements from our stakeholders to continuously improve our product. As a Scrum Master, I lead the agile ceremonies and coordinate with the Product Owner to ensure the product is meeting its goals and aligned to the product roadmap.

I supported Cloud Migration activities from a physical on-prem datacenter to AWS as an Operations Release Manager. During this time, I worked closely with Engineers, Developers and Architects to ensure that the cloud environment was compliant with client requirements. This included patch management for Windows/Linux OS and AWS RDS CPU Patching, Change Management, Business Process development/documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and User Access Management.

As a Business Analyst, performed duties as a Production Support Analyst, where I supported Embassies and Consulates across the globe and resolved database issues using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. This included collaborating between the different tiers with effective knowledge transfers as well as coordinating between Database Development teams and Database Administrators to identify root causes. I supported by creating PL/SQL scripts to identify common issues and relaying them to the DB Dev teams for debugging or future enhancements.During my time on the Production Support team, I also lead an effort for a document repository migration to Confluence.
