Patricia Ciriani (Paris, 1973) has a Master in Contemporary Art History (Paris 1, 1998) and a postgraduate in City Planning (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya, 2008), as well as BA in Art History (1996) and BA in English-American Literature and Civilization (1994).She coordinated international art exhibitions, architecture and sciences from 1998 to 2006 in Paris (Museum of the Pompidou Centre, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Museum of Arts and Crafts/CNAM) and from 2006 to 2011 in Barceona (MACBA, CCCB, Loop Festival and the Lilliput Festival she directed and curated 3 years on a row). She settled in Lima, Peru, between 2011 and 2021, where she has taught at the MA of Art History and Curatorship at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP); at the MSc. in Architecture: History Theory and Criticism at the National University of Engineering (UNI); at the BA of Art History at the National University of San Marcos (UNMSM) and the Centre of the Image, among many others. She has been curator and museographer of various exhibitions (G.M. Pancho Fierro, C.C. PUCP, C.C. Británico, Asociación Peruano China) and museums (UNI's Museum of Arts and Sciences; National Museum at the Ministry of Culture ; Museum of Congress and the Inquisition, Museum of Memory of the Armed Conflict in Ayacucho). She is founding member of the Association of Curators of Peru, active member of ICOMOS-Peru where she coordinates the National Committee for 20th century heritage, and was elected substitute counselor for the District of Barranco (2019-2022).
