Full time resident role with responsibilities including:• Supervise the process of receiving a child in the Institution and oversee daily welfare and the well-being of the children, and ensure that their emotional and Physical needs are met• Maintaining all the documentation of the entire case files and carrying out directions given by the Child Welfare Committee (CWC) regarding the well-being of the children• Lead and conducts Social investigation of the child through personal interviews with their families and other sources• Reporting children’s quarterly report to the Board of Committee including the individual care plan and maintain record of the next date of case production before the Board and post release of the child and dealing with the Court Matters (children under POCSO category)• Co-ordinate with District Child Protection Unit (DCPU) and Specialised Adoption Agencies (SAA) for declaring a child legally available for adoption or for foster care• Assisting Children to develop contacts with family and providing assistance to the family• Follow-up with the children extending any help needed and facilitating their return to social mainstreaming• Conduct Children’s Committee and Management Committee meetings monthly and follow-up.• Setting up a suggestion box in the child care institution and maintaining several central register• Create and maintain a robust Grievance Redressal Mechanism for the children

• Developed Human Trafficking 5 cases gist registered under Impulse Case Info Centre (ICIC)• Proof reading and editing reports on practical orientation training of Impulse Case Info Centre for Anti Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) Mizoram• Engaged in administrative support of impulse NGO Network and Impulse Social Enterprises in filling, library books coding• Engaged in editing for the broader heads of 2012-2013 Resource Assistance and Annual Report for the last 3 financial years
