Created Manuals and Programs for offshore transportation vessels to incorporate new loads and up to date conditions of the vessels.Designed flowcharts and test parts for various groups within the company. As a Project Document Controller:Recorded logs of the entire test; Gathered media and documents and compiled them into a comprehensive final report which was released to a major oil and gas company.
