Muhannad is a high-calibre professional, certified by international organizations such as IFMA and MEFMA. His experience covers all aspects of Facility Managements, Maintenance and Operation procedures and activities.Becoming a consultant was the result of his sustained commitment to leverage all efforts towards the success of many projects he completely managed, including:- Providing consultancy on FM Services contracts’ enhancements to bridge the gap between providers and owners.- Analysing and Implementing customized Contract Management Systems.- Establishing Metrics and Measuring Performance by enhancing SLAs and developing KPIs.- Supervising and managing projects of CAFM systems implementations by applying agile methodology.- Developing work management processes to automate the business and go paperless.- Building training materials based on a training matrix that defines roles and responsibilities.With awareness of institutionalized training, he co-founded Estidama FM Training Center with a vision to address the specific purposes and needs of trainees, so he designed and authored two coursebooks based on contextualized experience in the field: "Basics of FM" and "CMMS Theory and Practice" in both English and Arabic.His expertise spans a variety of institutional structures, including public-sector projects (like MoD, MoH, MOI, PGD, SFDA, BOG and MoWE) to semi-government establishments (i.e. Maaden, ECRA & CMA), not to mention private-sector, corporate clients working in Fashion & Retail, Pharmacies, Shopping Malls, Housing Compounds, Industrial Factories and Hotels.With a visionary mind and his eagerness to uniqueness, he has always been keen to find and deploy the state-of-the-art advents of technology and adapt them to meet the upcoming needs of the market.
