Doctor of Juridical Science (S.J.D.), Northwestern University School of Law, with experience in Constitutional and International Human Rights Law.Full time professor of Law and Director of the Legal Tech Chair at Universidad Central de Chie.I previously served as Legal Director and Head of the Policy and Regulations Unit at the Council for Transparency (Chile). I was also part-time professor on Constitutional Law at Universidad Alberto Hurtado and Universidad Diego Portales (Chile). Former Senior Legal Counsel at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and former Legal Counselor to the Chilean Ministry of Defence, focussing on the military justice reform and transparency and access to information in national security matters. Authored the books "Secretos de Estado" (State Secrets) and "Poder Privado y Derechos" (Private Power and Rights). Coauthored the first "Diccionario Constitucional Chileno" (Chilean Constitutional Law Dictionary).
