This involved a great deal of communication skills as I had to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing to junior and senior stakeholders who were not always knowledgeable on paid media.

•Recruited 166 industry experts, mainly c-level executives, into the GLG councils for telephone-based research consultations with a book of hedge fund clients. •Exceeded the annual target of 90 paid recruits while also ranking as the top recruiter within the Equities department during six months of my tenure.•Engaged with new consultants by executing outbound prospecting campaigns (cold calling, referrals, cold emailing, etc) to generate leads. •Co-managed up to 15 recruitment projects simultaneously in collaboration with the Hedge Fund team. This involved a great deal of communication as well as time management, as the fast pace of work forced me to become highly organized and to work effectively as I managed large amounts of information while servicing clients’ research requests.•Built strong relationships with consultants by assisting with their on-boarding, as well as by addressing compliance issues.
