Tasks:- Design of punching, bending, progressive and single dies using SolidWorks.- Creation of component drawings, assemblies and bill of materials.- Design of required auxiliary devices and equipment.- Simulation of forces, elongation and stresses on the metal parts with Logopress software.- Monitoring of the stamping dies until they are ready for series production.- Regular coordination with the production department and contacts on the customer side.

Responsibilities:- CNC cutting production planning (two fiber lasers, one oxyfuel/plasma, and a waterjet cutting machine). - Staff management (up to 18 people, including four programmers, one trainee engineer, two supervisors, five operators, and assistants).- Tasks organization for day and night shifts.- Continuous improvement (more than 20 successfully executed improvement projects in 2021).Achievements:- During the year 2021, the CNC cutting area processed 108% more steel than in the year 2020 (2.29 Vs 1.10 MM Tons of steel).- Restructuring of the area: commissioning of a CNC circular saw, a Waterjet machine, purchase of racks and transport solutions, hiring and promotion of staff members.

Responsibilities:- Supervision, planning and controlling of CNC machining area processes.- Process monitoring and Production Management reporting.- CNC punching machine programming (actCut, Lantek, and TruTops software).- Parts design with AutoCad and SolidWorks. Finite Element Analysis.- Staff management (up to six people, in day and night shifts).Achievements:- 18% yearly steel consumption reduction in 2020, through nesting technique improvements.- Downtime reduction (up to 20%), after Kaizen activity.

- Responsible for all production processes and their planning, monitoring and optimization in an area with six automated production lines for progressive stamping dies and a machining area (turning, milling, drilling, grinding, wire EDM, etc.).- Staff management (up to ten people). - More than 100 successfully finished projects for different industries in Venezuela, for customers such as PDVSA, WIX Filters (Mann + Hummel), Toyota, CISA (Lockey).

- Supervision of six automated productive lines and machining area (turning, milling, drilling, EDM, etc.).- 2D and 3D design. Product development.

- 2D CAD design of stamping dies.- CNC wire EDM programming
