In my last role, I managed the Design and Development of soft goods which included Backpacks, Duffels & Hard luggage for the Brand Uppercase.During my tenure, I have worked on various projects and created versatile, functional products as per the needs of modern travellers.-Worked closely with the product team to understand the brief and market requirements.-Develop and ideate detailed product sketches, renderings, and technical packages for product development. -Lead creation and presentation work to the leadership team which includes the style and range presentation -Creating tech packs and coordinating with the Sourcing team / Indian vendors for product development end-to-end.

-The design and development of new products (hard or soft goods) which includes Backpacks, Duffels & luggage’s for the Brand American Tourister, Kamiliant & High Sierra Brand for South Asia market.-Defining and managing projects with design and development processes from project brief to final production. The process include from extensive research ( primary & Secondary ) to Understanding & Interpretation of brief, as given by Product Team-Initial research includes competitor products, price points, features, target consumer & future trends in seasonal color and graphic print trend research.-Working on CMF and graphic designs-Conceptualization and ideation of product concepts, digital rendering & presentation of concepts to project managers and upper management.-Making detail sheet ( Techpack ) for vendor/factory for product development. Also reviewing each sample against Techpack & cost- giving feedback for same -Also frequent travel overseas to work closely with vendor/factory & development team on product construction & cost optimization -Reviewing & presenting the final Collection/Range to the project managers and upper management Team.-Also Helping team members & managing/supervising product interns on various projects

Wildcraft is known for its functionality, versatile, reliable, and affordable lifestyle gear. I gained valuable experience by working on the entire product creation process and development.
