Subsequent work may focus on the systems needed to support the innovation process or the capabilities needed to deliver growth.In each case particular attention is paid to closing the vision-implementation gap.I combine market-oriented and technology-oriented approaches to helping clients understand the future and create the visions and goals needed to prosper.
