Management of the financial reporting function, together with the provision of quality accounting services within Shared Services and identify / implement improvements to existing processes.Complete the business plans/budgets for Shared Services.Ensure appropriate policies, procedures and controls are in operation. Review, challenge and monitor financial performance within Shared Services.Support commercial decision making through financial modelling, together with evaluation/challenge of proposals.Maintain effective working relationships with all Shared Services customers with particular emphasis on the application of the Corporate Internal Trading policy. This will include active management of SLAs with all customers.Manage the performance and development of the Financial Control Staff.
