Worked directly with clients (e.g., institutional lenders – dozens of local and regional banks – the Commonwealth of Massachusetts – DCR and DCAM – many hundreds of individuals and corporations interested in acquiring or refinancing a property, and a number of non-profit Community Development Corporations (CDCs) located in and around Boston that provide low-income housing and Community Engagement and Enrichment Programs) to explain the findings of the environmental due diligence assessments in layman’s terms and develop a course of action to facilitate the desired financial transaction, as necessary.
