Collaborate with Leadership to develop and refine training curriculum that supports the organizations strategies.• Customized Professional Selling Skills (PSS) course curriculum for UHS including the development of 200+ power point slides and 20 role case scenarios for Medical Equipment Solutions and Surgical Services. Facilitated training to 40+ Account Executives and Surgical Specialists with increased ability to retain course information.• Chief Architect, Project Manager and Facilitator for Essentials – a quarterly, three day new employee orientation program for Account Executives, Clinical Care and Surgical Specialists, Hospital Leaders, and District Managers. Produced costs savings and increased efficiencies by transforming the class from five days to three days while maintaining a strong impact on participants.• Strategize with UHS Executive Team to create training curriculum for organizations’ divisional meetings and Summit – UHS’ three day annual leadership conference that supports engagement, collaboration, and execution achieving high-level approval ratings.• Develop and Manage E-Learning through organizations’ Learning Management System – Cornerstone. Supervise the Technical Training Specialist who serves as the LMS administrator of Cornerstone. Work with various departments to develop E-Learning curriculum within Brainshark and Articulate Storyline in areas such as sales, compliance, safety, and systems. • Create, maintain, and refine on-boarding programs for Account Executives and Sales Directors.• Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure an updated training curriculum to support sales force automation.• A member of elite, ten person team conducting screening interviews for account executive candidates throughout the U.S. Partner with UHS recruiting; utilize behavioral interviewing to narrow down final candidates, make better selections, and reduce turnover.
