Phi Chi Theta (PCT) is a professional business fraternity at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. PCT recruits members with the highest qualifications and aspirations in business and other related fields. PCT members work through our four internal groups: PCTech, IRIS, ICG & DIGI to enhance their skills in tech, financial investments, consulting & media. With an 8% acceptance rate, PCT recruits members at the top of their classes, but more importantly, it recruits members with passion and drive. Through our new member program, younger students take some of their untapped potential and learn how to translate that into success in interviews and in the workplace. Both seniors and junior internships have an 100% job placement rating, with sophomores at 88% and freshmen at 56%.
