Current- Guarantee restaurant is properly setup and ready for customers to ensure each server is in a rotation based on their strengths and to assist servers with bussing tables, running food, and managing customers with any complaints. - Attend monthly meetings to be fully aware of menu item changes, specials, and daily operations that need to be executed. - As a server I am expected to be knowledgeable of the menu, ask customers of any food allergens to prevent reactions, and to be aware of weekly beer draft changes and alcohol updates.
