Clare, Ireland.7 years in retail management before changing career direction.Over 30 years in the IT industry in localization, IT, Service Management, Procurement, M365 Architecture and Program Management. 1990 to 2004 Microsoft Corporation - after beginning as a Test Engineer on Excel 3.0, I moved into IT support, beginning as deskside support and rising to IT supervisor, EMEA Beta Roll out lead, Advanced Technology Support group lead and VIP support. Then moved to be EMEA IT Procurement Manager.2004 -2008 - On leaving Microsoft I undertook IT Consultancy to the SME market and provided business development services at Powerhaus Technologies Ltd.2008 I returned to Microsoft on a contract role with Global Field IT. 2011 - An opportunity arose in BPOS, Cloud Services (Office 365) and I was appointed EMEA SharePoint Online Services Manager (for Dedicated Customers) in July 2011. 2014 I joined the Microsoft EMEA O365 Onboarding Centre (now the FastTrack Centre) as Delivery PM for Office 365. In March 2016 I moved to the Office 365 Global Practice (MCS) as a PM.
