(8/2012) As Director of Executive Education, I oversaw all Executive Education programs at the Mendoza College of Business. I provided internal and external leadership and direction for Notre Dame’s executive business education, including our two Executive MBA (EMBA) programs, two Master of Science programs, custom programs, as well as open enrollment and online courses. My duties and responsibilities include leadership and administrative oversight of marketing, recruiting/client management, curriculum, and operations.• Enhanced department revenue by $2.95MM (20.5%) in FY14-15. Mentored and trained new recruiting team, achieving full EMBA enrollment and exceeding MS programs’ target enrollments.• Supervised launch of new cross-college Engineering Leadership program and directed launch of Certified Innovation Mentor program partnership, providing over $400K in first-year revenues, and new corporate relationships.• Implemented partnering relationships in China (Tsinghua/Fudan) and Chile (Pontificia Católica), extending College’s global outreach, with over $350K first-year revenue.• Supervised design and development of new facilities in South Bend and Chicago.• Recruited and retained key thought leaders, staff and program faculty to enhance Department.• Designed innovative Part-Time MBA for Chicago. The market-researched program is designed to meet needs of Chicago businesspeople with over $2.6MM first cohort margin.• Strengthened recognition of Notre Dame as a leader among ExecMBA programs (Businessweek 2011-#27, 2013-#15 / Economist debut at #15) through research, improved curriculum, presentations and outreach to corporate and industry groups.
