I am an organizational leader who for the past 20 years has been building harmonious relationships between systems, facilities and people. Well-honed tools of mine include process design and management, metrics implementation, staff mentorship and strategic thinking to pair organizational needs with available resources (technologies, etc.).Currently, I work for MACC CommonWealth/ MACC Alliance, where I am responsible for strategic management and direction for our IT Services and Facilities Services business lines. MACC is a membership organization serving and supporting nonprofit human services organizations in the Twin Cities (MN). Success in my role is defined as: 1) providing effective, cost-efficient and feature-rich IT systems and support, so our members are not distracted by and can use it as an amplifier of their mission and 2) driving down the cost our members pay to properly maintain their facilities, and generally keeping to a minimum the amount of time our members spend managing them.If you are involved in IT and/or a non-profit that has an IT or Facilities challenge or innovative solution, drop me a line and let's discuss!
