CurrentResponsible for the implementation and the operation of a new contract at the customer UEFA he has:- Setup the systems and processus to ensure a smooth operation on the contract- Pushed the teams toward an improvement of the results to match the KPI defined in the contract- Setup change management- Improved the communication on the delivered services- Matched the customer expectation with our delivery capability- Managed the local and remote teams- Managed projects (Workplace deployment, Infrastructure migration..) - see project section below
