Fulfill's overarching mission was to create a positive impact on the well-being of millions by enhancing mental and physical health through our innovative digital platform. As the Chief Strategy Officer, I was instrumental in driving FullFill's organizational growth, guiding product development and design, and optimizing business operations. Some key milestones and achievements during my tenure include:- Organizational Expansion: I successfully established and scaled our organization across crucial domains, including coaching, customer management, IT, and back-office operations.- Integration of Remote Monitoring Technology: I spearheaded the design and integration of remote patient monitoring technology into our platform.- Designed Groundbreaking Proof of Concept: I conceptualized and executed a 52-week Proof of Concept study for our weight loss and wellness program. This study not only boosted engagement but also demonstrated significant impacts on weight loss, behavior change, and patient quality markers.- Exceptional Patient Outcomes: Within the 52-week study, 55% of participants achieved a body mass reduction of 5% and 28% achieved an impressive 10% body mass reduction. Astoundingly, 70% of the participants in the intent-to-treat group recorded a near immediate 3% in body mass reduction within 12 weeks of initiating the wellness program.

I was fortunate enough to be involved with the development of several startups of the "dot-com era." One notable endeavor involved venturing into the relatively emerging business of e-commerce. In this role, I established and built out the e-commerce business and department from its inception. Through a robust team of HTML, ASP, and Flash developers, we created dynamic, database-driven e-commerce sites that empowered our clients to independently edit and manage their sites and e-commerce business after a successful product delivery. Internally, I designed and developed a number of automation tools that reduced the number of hours of coding by 40%, resulting in increased profits and a competitive edge, enabling us to complete projects with a quicker turnaround than our competitors.
