• Dual role of providing operation support on WinGD X62DF/X72DF (dual fuel) marine engines, and future product development planning. Responsible for a fleet of over 180 engines.
• Led customer technical support for operational issues for main engines of high value LNG Carriers and Oil Tankers ensuring safe operation while maintaining high engine availability.
• Coordinate with engine builders and shipyards to mitigate risks of incorporating new design improvements and to validate their effect.

• Lead engineer focused on service of gas turbines within GE’s Cross Fleet Solutions (XFS) department, a new start up focused on providing service and parts to Siemens and Mitsubishi machines.
• Define detailed inspection and repair scopes for all XFS machines, ensure units run with maximum availability and reliability.
• Provide day to day troubleshooting support for can and annular combustion chambers.
• Deliver technical tendering support, produce solutions and concepts that are attractive and competitive within the market while being technically sound.
• Support characterisation and reverse engineering teams in terms of scope and process.

• Responsible for the Maintenance support and planning for Gas Turbine plants under O&M contract according the applicable contracts.
• Planning and preparation of maintenance for the entire gas plant according to the applicable O&M Contract to ensure all availability guarantees are met or exceeded.
• Optimisation of replacement parts to extend profit margins on long term contracts, while minimising risk in terms of liabilities.
• Support for site personnel for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for both internal and external customers.

• Component owner for several combustor components across entire lifetime.

• Upkeep of all components/documents in Product Data Management software.
• Maintain component/engine configuration and lifetime databases.

• Worldwide deployment for onsite assessment of Gas Turbine components in open and closed (Boroscope inspection) conditions. Alstom GT24/GT26, GT13E2 and GT8C2.
• Documentation and communication of findings and recommendations to relevant technical and commercial departments.
• Onsite technical presentation of inspection findings to customers including explanation of recommendations.
• Lead Assessment Engineer status reached in 2009 in charge of onsite team of between 3 and 6 engineers depending on outage scope
