My responsibilities at TX Pile were to meet new clients and offer services, specific for their needs. Once jobs were secured, I would ensure a safe running operation, designate work to employees, operate various sizes of Lattice Boom Crawler Cranes on land and off barges. I also operated excavators on land and off barges, and backhoes, forklifts, and boats. I have to read and understand blueprints for driving piles, building boat docks, shoring, and bulkhead. I comply with all safety regulations from the company and OSHA. I did some welding and inspected welds of other employees when attaching piles together for extra depth and welds on boat docks. I haul the company’s heavy equipment from job to job. I am NCCO certified for Lattice boom crawlers, forklift certified, and certified in fall protection. I have a Class A CDL as well.
