Our firm provided management services oversight to a bowling centers. We look to engage owners looking to continue to own their center, but are looking for a professional management company to oversee the day-to-day operations.

The venue is a family oriented traditional bowling center focused on leagues, parties, and superior service. We completed an extensive center interior renovation that included a new Bar and Cafe'. The new menu featured unique items that one may not equate with bowling. Through attention to the customer experience and best practices in hiring and training, we were able to more than double the annual revenue of the venue.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Upscale Bowling venue located in the Power and Light Entertainment District in Downtown Kansas city. The operational focus and menu have been changed to better reflect the center's presence in Kansas City. Improved Customer experience led to sales growth and high group events planner satisfaction.

Created brand called "300"; that grew to 9 locations reporting directly to the CEO with oversight for all GM's, and support personnel.
