Provide major support to the regional hub of the Go Digital ASEAN Program. Manage the development of program operations and tools, including a learning management and program management system utilized by all ASEAN country teams. Lead the refinement of the Monitoring & Evaluation plan and support in-country localization of monitoring standards to measure the impact across 200K beneficiaries. Manage the development of the program website and support regional communication initiatives.

Developed and implemented a holistic digital learning and career upskilling program for the CX industry. Led a team of experts to localize and contextualize the program to better resonate with a local Philippine and Malaysian audience, leading to interest from other countries. Spearheaded the development of learning tools, a learning management system, and a website to streamline program operations, learning methodologies, and recruitment activities.

Lead the localization start-up of the USAID-supported Triangular Development Program in partnership with the Government of India and The Asia Foundation. Coordinated with counterparts from the Philippine Department of Health to help steer the program in the Philippines to align with the Philippine Government's health priorities and initiatives.

Successfully executed a 2-day, USD 250,000 conference supported by the US DoS on bilateral relations with the Philippines and the Indo-pacific Strategy with more than two dozen high-level state, private sector, and civil society representatives Organized delegations of foreign journalists and high-level VIPs for official visits as part of EU, USAID, and other partner foundation activitiesDeveloped the Project Start-up Guide, Communications Planning, Close-out, Asset Registry, and other tools which currently serve as the Foundation’s official reference for project commencement among other forms adopted institutionally through my role in the Foundation's Program Management Support Unit

Strengthened local partner and stakeholder institutional capacity by facilitating training and mentoring sessions to enhance operations, financial controls, and processes of PH activities of the X-Border Local Research Network, an initiative supported by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office. Led a team of 13 researchers to gather politically sensitive data in Zamboanga, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-tawi to understand informal or "barter" trade and the stability it contributes to the region. Developed research guides and safety and security protocols for 50+ key informant interviews during the COVID-19 pandemic. Provided major support to the newly established Bangsamoro Planning and Development Agency in drafting the concept note for their pioneering research project.

Led the planning, implementation, and monitoring of a digital literacy program that equipped over 17,114 Filipinos with digital skills. Trained and mentored 35 trainers and technical consultants. Developed innovative content and approaches for low-connectivity areas. Established more than 60 strategic partnerships with national and local government and private sector organizations. Go Digital ASEAN Phase 1 was implemented by The Asia Foundation with support from Google.org, Google's philanthropic arm.

Provided major coordination and management support to 10+ programmatic teams of the flagship reform program of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and The Asia Foundation Partnership in the Philippines. Supported the successful close-out of the 7-year centerpiece program in compliance with the rigorous AusAid reporting and documentation requirements.

Managed a coalition of civil society and government of more than 20 partner organizations with the aim to increase participation of Persons with Disabilities in the Philippine Elections and introduce disability-inclusive policy reform within the COMELEC, particularly for the implementation of RA 10366 in the 2016 mid-term elections. Facilitated dialogues and consultations between governement and civil society groups and stakeholders. Provided major support in the development and implementation of the project communication plan while monitoring and integrating gender equality in ensuring inclusive program approaches.The Fully Abled Nation (FAN) program helped increase the participation of Persons with Disabilities in the 2016 elections in the Philippines. The FAN program was implemented by The Asia Foundation's Coalitions for Change (CfC) with support from Australian Aid as part of their disability inclusion strategy.

Coordinated and executed logistical, administrative, and core preparations for Disaster Risk Reduction Knowledge-sharing conference participated in by partner organizations, media partners, various government agencies, and international donor institutions and graced by former Aus Amb. Bill Tweddell and former President Aquino through former Secretary Manuel “Mar” Roxas II.

As an assistant for the Business Development Unit of the European Chamber of Commerce (ECCP), I coordinated the logistics of business projects and day-to-day operations of the unit in seeking out business development opportunities. Some of my other tasks include research, data-gathering and knowledge-management, and communications with partners and potential clients.
