Presented the leadership team a recommendation to halt additional development of the product. This recommendation was accepted, which simplified our product portfolio and allowed the company to reassign resources to more successful products.

I lead the go-to-market activities for the AVANCE L5 product that replaced Gogo’s flagship ATG products in a core market experiencing increased competition from satellite and ATG providers.To support Gogo’s goal of expanding market share in the light jet and turboprop market segments, I coordinated with sales, marketing and customer support to do market research that identified barriers to adoption of current Gogo products.
