Beginning with basic IT and networking through my high school education, I graduated to finding my passion for network administration and design, data modelling and storage technologies, application development and integration, and unified communications.My technical expertise includes cross platform proficiency (Windows, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and BSD); fluency in C#, JavaScript, and SQL; advanced knowledge of network and server performance optimisation and monitoring, storage performance planning, and virtualisation technologies; and excellent troubleshooting methods, often on call as a go to person for providing support to installation engineers on a state-wide rollout project.My technical excellence is supported by well-developed skills in customer relations; proficiency at consulting with stakeholders to determine system requirements and existing issues, and producing solution roadmaps; expertise at authoring technical and end-user documentation, and providing face to face training and remote support.I enjoy a keen attention to detail and relish opportunities to further my learning and adapt to new challenges.
