I have been in property industry for over 25 years, entering as an apprentice as a carpenter/joiner at the age of 16. I continued to work in the trade for many years gaining experience in plenty other trades i.e. plumbing, tiling, dry-lining and building.I have had plenty of experience in property from bedsits to country mansions, working alone or working in large teams.I then went onto leadership, managing teams on contracts for 9 years within the social housing sector. For the past four plus years I was responsible for leading a team, flipping empty home's quickly so they could return to the rental market. This involved managing a highly skilled trade team and contractors to deliver the end goal within a target date.Alongside my main employment I served over 13 years as a retained firefighter for my community.To date, I'm now a project manager for Anotherway Solutions, managing projects from partial and full refurbishments to new housing developments in and around the south of England.
