Responsible for the building out the Professional Services delivery arm of the company to increase total revenue, expand market presence, and round out solution offerings. Some accomplishments include:• Grew and maintained a personal $2.5M quarterly professional services pipeline of professional services opportunities. • Worked with sales to Qualify, Scope, Draft a SOW, and close the opportunity, resulting in a one stop shop for sales.• Evangelized and successfully drove the “Customer focused business solution” methodology which facilitated the company to move away from a hardware centric sakes model.• Built Practice Specialties in Identity Management, Mobility, SOA, and Advanced Systems Integration resulting in industry leading centers of excellence for each.• Increased Solutions practice revenue from $100K to $7.0M in 2 years• Expanded and extended relationships with Sun and customers resulting Innovativ’s designation as Sun’s “Go-To” partner for Identity, Mobility, and Custom solution implementations.• Instituted standards and practices into the organization resulting in consistent and repeatable product/solution delivery and there by decreasing ad-hoc development costs.• Championed and Spearheaded a common document template and repository for the company resulting in an increase in productivity.• Consolidated Data Center Servers decreasing foot-print and power usage while maintaining 100% operations• Built a “Highly Responsive” team of Architects, Project Managers, and Developers that is now the standard of the company.
