• Led a comprehensive process re-engineering project to completely overhaul end-to-end business processes.
• Delivered a new Oracle R12 finance system, incorporating extensive data migration across two separate business units. Delivered on time and under budget. (Project value circa £400k).
• Worked with senior business stakeholders and secured Board sign off to define and deliver an e-learning strategy, incorporating a Learning Management System to enable the business to deliver blended learning solutions.
