Everything's set up and ready to use within a few days at a low setup and subscription cost to maintain and manage the service performance."I am the Product Manager of this project and I am responsible for the followings:Mainly in charge of Product Development of ShedPro, a business unit of Seadev.1. Work with all stakeholders involved in the products to - Set up collaboration processes between different teams including Design, Development, QA, Customer Support, and Product Owner & Product Director - Set up quality management processes for the new products - Build documentation system for the new products2. Work with Product Owner and Product Director to - define Features Roadmap on a monthly and quarterly basis3. Work with Production Team to - define technical solution for new features - define Development schedule & Sprint planning - allocate task & delegate responsibilities - release new features following Sprint planning on a Sprint, monthly and quarterly basis - implement improvements to processes4. Work with ShedPro Clients Onboarding Team to - handle custom requests for 3D Configurator & MKT website - deliver sales-driven GoogleAds campaigns5. Work with several key clients & partners to deliver the ShedPro products

- Be the point of contact for around 80+ accounts and 100+ projects of Seadev- Set up and start new projects (mostly websites design and development) with clients from many countries (6+ countries) by collecting required data, information, and materials from them- Corporate with teammates to come up with an appropriate timeline for each project and balance the workload of the whole team- Track project's timelines and ensure the team is moving to the right direction to meet deadlines- Quality Assurance

Administration and operations tasks as well as HR relating tasks including:- Operating and ensuring the proper operation of the office- Payable staff, dealing with payments and outsourcing services - Taking care of social insurance, medical insurance, and labor contracts for employees- Contract/Proposal proposing and translating (English and Vietnamese)- Supporting accountant in checking and preparing accounting and tax reports to the Government- Categorizing all procedures relates to office administration's tasks

- Promoted English courses to students, consulted for class selection and encouraged for enrollment - Communicated and supported students in all classes- Assisted the teacher during the lessons- Communicated with foreign affairs- Other works if any* I was the person who helped set the first bricks of the class's reputation in its beginning days.

- Tutored one or a group of two or three students with the subjects Physics, Chemistry, and English- Gave advice for effective and wise learning method to students- Listened and consulted for difficulties and solutions which students might have.

- Being in charge of Customer Service Department- Assisting customers in dealing with their problems relating to customs, routines, local authority (police office, people committee, etc.), and other issues while living in Indochina Riverside Tower Condominium- Supporting other members of the Customer Service Department in having all tasks done as expected by the general director- Cooperating with other departments to successfully finish our work- Being the spokesperson of the company- Being the main chain of the company's information network* By my hard work and hospitable attitude, almost every customer I have met gives me their compliment and recognition for the job I am doing, especially people from the US, the UK, France, Canada, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc. Some people even asked me to work there forever because they love the way I serve and support them whenever they need. Some other people also appreciate my friendly smile and say that I was born to work in this field.

- Proposing documents, notices, agreements, etc. - Taking meeting minutes- Collecting, classifying, and storing financial and accounting papers- English translating and interpreting - And other tasks required by the HOA* Since IRT is the first international high standard condominium building in Danang, the HOA doesn’t have much experience and necessary knowledge, especially about categorizing accounting documents and figures to report to its citizens whenever required, I helped them store & categorize the paperworks in a logical and rational way with advice from a professional accountant.

- Selling movie tickets and promoting upgraded popcorn and drink packages- Giving advice to customers about films and other products as well as information of the cinema (special features, screening schedules, promotion programs, loyalty bonuses, etc.)- Advertising for the reputation of the cinema; broadening the network of the cinema's customers- Cooperating with other coworkers to fulfill the required tasks

- Conducted research projects - Communicated with customers to find out their opinions and knowledge about the products

- Served customers and introduce Danang’s unique culture to them- Supported restaurant manager to arrange the food, tables, chairs, and other facilities to best serve our clients- Upsold restaurant's dishes- Supported new staff to get used to the job's tasks, helped train them- Clean cups and dry plates, bowls, spoons, chopsticks, etc. at the end of the day
