Solid knowledge in research and development of new composites (ceramic, polymeric, or metallic), powder metallurgy, and tribology. Experience in national and international laboratories, personal training, leadership and engagement with interdisciplinary and multicultural teams, product development, elaboration of research projects, development of patents, publications in scientific journals, and participation and organizations in scientific events and conferences. Complementary training in the project management area with Agile and Scrum, lean manufacturing, the oil and gas industry, and information technology.
