Senior Social Media Specialist
Current• Create and maintain the respective social media content calendar and track each asset from ideation to publish• Work with cross-functional partners, including creative services, brand marketing and merchants to create exciting content for respective social media channels• Along with Social Media Coordinator, schedule and publish daily content on all social media channels• Responsible for social media weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting and tracking• Track KPIs and leverage data to identify for opportunities of growth or to pivot strategy and tactics• Partner with copywriting and social media team to ensure all external communications and copy are on brand• Brainstorm new and creative ways to amplify content and increase engagement, including identifying and tracking emerging trends• Support Social Media Director on team plans and initiatives• Collaborate with the Influencer team to identify influencer content for brand channels• Work closely within team and help develop and manage out-of-the-box strategies and partnerships with 3rd parties• Content coverage at branded or influencer events
