As Partner and Project Director at Enth Degree, I work with clients to ensure they receive genuine value from agency partners across all media disciplines: creative, strategy, planning and buying, digital, research and public relations.Inherent in my work is the recognition that the concept of value should not be assessed in a fiscal sense only. My role is to cultivate and develop mutually beneficial relationships that enable clients to receive the service they require while agencies are compensated fairly for the skills and expertise they provide. I specialise in developing sustainable relationships that are consistent with market expectations.My role at Enth Degree extends beyond agency appointment, commercial negotiations and contract development. As a strategic counsel, I am able to oversee and manage the performance of agency partners in an ongoing capacity. Having a comprehensive understanding of agency processes and cost centres allows me to ensure there is a complete alignment in client expectations and agency deliverables. After more than six years in relationship and agency management, I have the tools to ensure that issues on both the client and agency side are proactively identified and addressed before the relationship becomes strained beyond repair.
