Manager - Hr & Operations
Responsibilities:• Assist With day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.• Compile and update employee records.• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.• Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database• Handling Recruitment process for Manufacturing and ITES Companies• Scheduling interviews of the candidates in the company• Taking follow up with HR for interview feedbacks and selections• Preparing Invoices and sharing with Companies, taking follow up on invoices
