Team Management and Leadership:- Perform a full range of managerial responsibilities, including interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing, and developing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work on behalf of Cielo and their client partner.- Own daily leadership of a team segment to meet established goals and metrics. - Establish regular communications with the team, such as 1-1 meetings and team meetings with established agendas.- As front line escalation for client and recruiter issues/questions, escalate to senior leader and client partner as appropriate.Client Management:- Collaborate with Cielo Partnership Leaders & Client Stakeholders to ensure partnership success.- Attend or facilitate client meetings as appropriate.- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the employment market, geographic challenges, competition, and specific client and industry needs.- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities, prepare (or assist in the preparation of) and (co-)present data to the client.- Model exceptional recruitment expertise when/if leading searches, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, candidate presentation, hiring leader communication, compliance adherence.- Project manage client initiatives (i.e., hiring manager training, process improvements, etc.) on recruitment on behalf of the client if requested.Recruitment & Operational Excellence:- Demonstrate recruitment best practices and utilization of Cielo tools and resources- Own a small requisition load as needed.- Train and monitor the progress of team members to leverage recruitment tools and resources.- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

- Develop training plans and train new team members in collaboration with the Delivery Lead.- Provide daily coaching and direction to the team they support, including leading team huddles to ensure information is shared appropriately.- Train new employees- Act as an SME for day-to-day questions from within the assigned pod/group on processes and work direction.- Monitor team member calls and review mobile and email campaigns for quality and compliance with established procedures.- Audit and monitor workload, processes, and procedures for compliance, providing feedback and recommendations for enhancements to leadership.- Manage daily productivity reporting, daily verification of data for the assigned pod/group.- Act as the first line of escalation to ensure appropriate levels of leadership are involved.- Provide reporting specific to their functional area team and the client teams in which they support.- Working with DL to ensure the team is appropriately covered during PTO, including providing the individual contributor support for the team member who may be on PTO (backup coverage, etc)- Provide client-specific training to new hires at the on-the-job/desk level, resource ongoing as SME for a client-specific team in which they support.- In addition to performing their individual contributor duties, also leads by example by performing at a high level in the areas of communication, time management, collaboration, and organization.- Provide coaching and best practices to team members to ensure they also are performing at and above expectations.- Liaise with DL and/or operations leaders for work specific/ work location issues- Coordinate team functions for DL and CS- Coordinate center-specific communications and functions for main DL.

- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the applicant tracking system.- Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites using basic Boolean search language.- Utilize proprietary software for establishing candidate searches, executing mobile and email campaigning to talent communities.- Identify perceived difficulties with searches and research solutions by collaborating with the recruitment team.- Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search.- Reach out and connect with sourced leads to assess fit and interest in open positions.- Develop interview schedules to ensure qualified candidates are evaluated.- Complete phone interviews and document candidate responses, effectively screening in or out of the recruitment process based on position requirements.- Evaluate candidates against position requirements.- Provide research support to the recruitment team, including market or salary data.- Assist with administrative tasks.- Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems (Applicant Tracking System, proprietary systems, etc.).- Effectively communicate with candidates via phone or video.
