• Led the Migration of the Organization’s Electronic Health Records System from a homegrown AS400/RPG system to Streamline’s SmartCare - including:o Translation and Setup of the Procedure List – including determination/establishment of CPT codes and Modifiers. o Migration of over 43,000 client charts. o Rebuilding information on Coverage plans setup.o Developing new templates for Claim processes.o Construction of supplemental reporting not in the Vendor package. o Simultaneous migration and translation of ICD9 Diagnosis information to ICD10 and setup to allow SNOMED. o Equivalency setup of all essential client documentation. • Supporting migration of the General Ledger to Tyler Technologies to be completed in 2018.• Deployed a new SQL Server environment, including SSRS, and linked it to the archaic AS400 based Electronic Health Record and General Ledger systems. • Revenue Assurance Workflow management for Verizon’s Fios Product line (TV, Internet, Voice). Initially acted as Project Manager and Analytical lead for the end to end process. Highlights include:o Supported 6 call centers –the workflow distributed work and collected key metrics that supported both the program and the associate performance.o The current Program averages $4 million monthly in corrections.o The incoming audits span over 330 conditions – many are based on my original design using internally developed tools. Today these audits are executed using Subex Moneta using Oracle 11g.o Workflow also dispatches issues to mechanical correction processes to make account corrections facilitated by procedures developed in SQL Server or screen scripting engines developed in HP Functional Test (aka Quicktest).• Initially Developed the first Revenue Assurance program for Verizon Fios – discovering and containing a 2% revenue leak at first product deployment.• Developed Requirements and Led the implementation team for the Tool that provided Fiber audit monitoring from 2005-2010. Highlights include:o Discovered and managed the correction of a significant security flaw in the Fios ordering infrastructure. o Built a series of auditing processes that found and contained variety of product migration fallouts, double billing, incomplete billing, and other invalid situations that could have jeopardized the public reputation of this strategic product’s initial deployment. • Acted at Project Manager and Analytical lead to establish a Repeatable Revenue Assurance Process - including enhancement of the workflow engine I originally developed for DSL. The expanded tool was able to handle the new products and audit finding variations while also expanding its management and metric capabilities to suit a larger array of call centers.• Deployed Clustered and non-Clustered SQL Server 2005 installations. • Guided a migration of the Application to Oracle in 2009.

Transitioned the DSL Revenue Assurance program to Verizon Fios - leading to direct employment by Verizon.

• Initiated a Revenue Assurance Effort for Verizon’s DSL services that discovered thousands of DSL lines not correctly registered in the various Network Inventory, Order Management, and Billing systems.• Directed the initial reactive cleanup of the suspect lines including:• Developing methodologies to categorize the suspect issues from dozens of disparate sources crossing multiple departments. • Gathered, collated, and presented Requirements to resolve the data problems, obtained concurrence from disparate stakeholder groups for a coherent Resolution Process.• Executed an initial cleanup of problems, which recovered over $40 million in Network Equipment and restored over 20,000 lines to billing.• Developed Requirements for a Tool to analyze DSL Provisioning to Billing data disparities.• Translated the Task Force requirements into requirements for a system that could detect and report on data discrepancies.• Specified interface requirements for disparate Verizon Provisioning and Billing systems.• Managed a competitive bidding process encompassing both Verizon IT and 8 external vendors, including the authoring of a Request for Proposal Document.• Providing planning and operational support for Repeatable Process - including detection and cleanup of future DSL Revenue Leakage pending source systems replacement/repair - including:• Development of a Tracking database that collates key data for DSL Lines with discrepancies.• Analysis and Cleanup execution for the ongoing Data Discrepancies, which has restored billing for thousands of DSL Lines and freed up thousands of network ports.• Facilitating data gathering and analysis for a variety of Verizon Revenue Enhancement exercises using the tool which provides a unique central repository of Verizon DSL data.• Deployment of a Work Queue Management process capable of tracking not only the Revenue Leaks but also tracking the work to correct it and the efficiency thereof.
